Agreement

These terms govern your use of simsar.info (the “Site”), operated by Simsar (“Simsar,” “we”). By using the Site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

The Site is information, not advice

Everything on the Site — articles, case studies, descriptions of services and ventures — is general information reflecting the author's experience and opinions. It is not consulting, engineering, legal, financial, or investment advice, and it is not tailored to your situation. Do not make consequential decisions based solely on Site content.

Using the Site, reading its content, or submitting the contact form does not create an advisory, consulting, or client relationship. Engagements with Simsar exist only under a separate written agreement, and only that agreement governs them.

Case studies and results

Case studies describe specific systems built under specific circumstances. They are illustrative; they are not a promise that similar results are achievable for you.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully, and not to:

• probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure;
• submit false, deceptive, or automated inquiries through the contact form;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content or submitted data;
• use the Site to transmit malware or unlawful material.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, text, graphics, and the SIMSAR name and wordmark are owned by Simsar. You may read, link to, and quote brief excerpts of Site content with attribution; any other reproduction or commercial use requires written permission. Third-party names and marks referenced on the Site (including Knowde, TaxCreditOS, Respondit.ai, LinkedIn, and Medium) belong to their respective owners.

Third-party links

The Site links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices; linking does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simsar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Simsar against claims arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Simsar's principal place of business in the United States, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
